“Religious Sisters Are Not Priests’ Wives, We Are Not Bedmates”. Sacked & Dismissed Rev. Sister Kinse (pics)

A Reverend Sister identified as Kinse Anastasia, has been allegedly dismissed by the Catholic Church after she took to social media to expose what she claimed was widespread sexual abuse of the sisters by priests who, according to her, use them as their sex toys.

Sister Kinse who was serving under the Auchi Catholic Diocese in Edo State, alleged that she was also sacked from her job at the Veritas University in Abuja following her exposure of the sexual rot being perpetrated within the Church.

According to reports, she had written an open letter to the Congregation of Mother of Perpetual Help of the Archangels Sisters where she was a member and accused the Reverend Fathers of sleeping with Nuns and keeping them as their sex slaves.

In the letter which she reportedly titled “We’re not your wives, stop using us as bedmates,” the Sister had written:

“Religious Sisters are not priests’ wives. We are not bedmates. We are women of God. The Church must do better because God is watching.”

She had also accused older Reverend Sisters who had been in the system for long of willingly participating in the sexual acts and allegedly pimping younger nuns to the randy priests.

She recalled one occasion where a priest took her out for lunch and on the way, stopped to buy a pack of condoms and told her he would be taking her to a guest house for sex which she refused and managed to escape from him.

However, the exposure and the attendant scandal it generated did not go down well with the Church which promptly dismissed her for daring to bring the issue to the public domain.

The embattled Reverend Sister Kinse who announced her dismissal in a post on her Facebook page on Thursday, lamented that instead of the Church to investigate her allegations, she was rewarded with a dismissal for daring to expose the rot that is being perpetrated by the priests.

In the post titled “Message to the Public”, Sister Kinse said:

“Who no get person, get God. I wish to let the public know that on this day, 24th day of September 2025, I received a letter of dismissal from the Congregation of Mother of Perpetual Help of the Archangels Sisters, dated 21 July 2025. A token of hundred thousand Naira(#100,000) was given to me.

“When I got to the Convent, I met that my belongings were already packed outside the room I stayed in, and the religious habits were taken away. I pulled the one I had on and submitted it as well.

“Therefore, I am currently not in possession of any property of the Congregation. From my heart, I sincerely thank everyone who has stood by me in prayer and encouragement through this time. Your love and support mean more than words can express.

“I am a Catholic! and I love my Church! Above all, I place my trust in God, whose throne can never be shaken and who never abandons His own.

With gratitude,
Annastasia Kinse.”
