A Hermaphrodite is someone having both male and female sex organs or other sexual characteristics, either abnormally or as the natural condition. They are often confused as intersex.
Intersex is a condition in which there is a discrepancy between the external and internal sexual and genital organs. It is grouped together with other conditions as a disorder of sex development (DSD). it should be noted that a Hermaphrodite or intersex are not transgender.
Many believed this is not possible but alas, I have found a Nigerian Hermaphrodite. She revealed she started out to be a woman because she has features of a woman but after heart has been broken several times, she is now a man using her male organ
