Former Manchester and Chelsea tactician and the Portuguese born football manager, Jose Mourinho recently disclosed why he could not go to Africa without being mobbed by surging crowds. He revealed this while he was having a session with former England international footballer Rio Ferdinand in a podcast inter view.
The 61 year old Mourinho revealed the special relationship with many top African players
“I had Drogba, Geremi, Kalou, Obi Mikel, Essien… every time I go to Africa I can’t walk. The guys they love me!”.
“Even in Europe with many African guys people really loves me”.
“To be honest I love the guys and I feel that the African player is very loyal and very pure”.
