EndSARS: Falz, Runtown & Others Protest In Lagos (pics & video)
Nigerian musicians Falz and Runtown have come out to show their angers in a mass rally/ protest against the operatives of SARS (Special Anti Robbery Squad), a branch of Federal Nigerian police.
The objective of the mass protest is to put an end to police brutality, especially against the Nigerian youths. The order given by the Inspector General (IG) of police did not deter them from engaging on the mass protest.
Two days ago, Naira Marley, a popular musician stopped his planned protest due to the intervention of the IG, who promised to reform the operations of SARS
The protesters carried placards “Endsars”.
Falz and Runtown counselled the protesters not to be violent as they engaged security operatives who attempted to disrupt the protest.
The protesters, who gathered at Lekki toll gate, marched to Onikan and Appeal Court through the Nigerian Law School.
