He Had 5 Penis Enlargement Before His Death, Thai Govt Reveals More About Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo Davido’s Late Friend (pics)

Nigerian-British businessman and social media influencer, Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo, had undergone five penis enlargement procedures at a Bangkok clinic before his death, Thai health authorities have revealed.

He also reportedly ignored doctor’s advice to split his final procedure into two sessions, the report claims.

The Department of Health Service Support, under Thailand’s Ministry of Public Health, disclosed this in a statement on Tuesday, September 8, after inspecting the clinic where the 43-year-old received his final procedure.

Ubiribo died in March after undergoing a penile filler procedure while on holiday in Thailand with his wife.

The Thai authorities said on Tuesday that the clinic told investigators Ubiribo had been a regular patient since 2024 and, during that period, had received five injections to enlarge his penis.

The statement read, “The investigation revealed that on March 5, 2026, the emergency medical services centre received a request for an ambulance from a private hospital in the Sukhumvit area to transport a patient who had lost consciousness.

“The patient’s wife informed the medical team that the patient had recently received a filler injection the same day and had gone for a massage afterwards. Due to suspicions of a blood clot, the hospital prepared to perform a high-speed CT scan with contrast dye to diagnose the condition.

“To create a three-dimensional image of the blood vessels (Computed Tomography Angiography), during which time the patient was unconscious and had no pulse, the medical team began CPR, but there was no response, confirming the patient’s de@th.

“This initial information led to an investigation of the clinic located on Rama 1 Road, Pathum Wan District, Bangkok, on September 7, 2026.”

According to the clinic, the first four procedures were carried out between 2024 and 2025, while the fifth took place on March 5, 2026, the day before his death.

“The clinic’s management provided information stating that the patient had been a regular patient since 2024. The patient had received five injections to enlarge the male genitalia,” the statement noted.

The final procedure involved the injection of 40cc of filler into his penis.

“The doctor recommended dividing the injection into two sessions, but the patient preferred a single injection.

“The clinic provided post-operative care instructions and followed up with the patient, who did not report any problems with the procedure. Furthermore, the patient signed consent forms before each procedure,” the statement added.

The revelations came after Thailand’s Minister of Public Health, Pattana Promphat, directed the Department of Health Service Support and the Food and Drug Administration to investigate the clinic following Ubiribo’s death. The DHSS said its officials, working with the FDA, inspected the clinic on September 7 to examine its operations and gather evidence.

The Director-General of the DHSS, Phuwadej Surakhot, said the authorities would continue investigating the circumstances surrounding the de@th before referring the professional-practice aspect of the case to Thailand’s Medical Council.

“We will gather all facts and evidence to proceed according to our authority and submit the case to the Medical Council for a ruling on professional practice standards, in order to ensure fairness to all parties,” the statement added.
