Fatai Adeshina, alias Akeweje, the recently appointed Caretaker Committee Chairman of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) in Lagos State, has accused Musiliu Akinsanya, aka MC Oluomo, the Chairman of the Lagos Parks Management Committee, of kidnapping his wife.

Despite his efforts to make peace, Oluomo stole his branch and unit, according to the Caretaker Chairman.

When he ran for the NURTW Chairmanship with Oluomo in 2019, he stated their long-standing rivalry took on a new level.

Despite his popularity with unions, Adeshina claims that the Lagos state administration chose MC as the chosen candidate and gave him a Vice Chairman post instead.

His name was wiped out with a pen from the executive members list on the day of inauguration, much to his dismay, because no post was given to him.

“When he became chairman of the NURTW in Lagos. The worst thing he did to me was that after his inauguration, I bought a foreign used automobile for N13 million and presented it to him as a gift.

“I added N10 million to the automobile present, but he declined.” I asked him to make peace, but he refused. “I am not MC Oluomo’s peer, and he knows it,” Adeshina added, “but I prostrated before him to make peace.”

The Caretaker Chairman said that Akinsanya turned down the peace gesture because he was distracted with his second wife.

He accused Ronke Oshodi Oke, a Nollywood actress and a colleague, of assisting Oluomo in kidnapping his then-second wife.

“Yes, there was a popular actress named Ronke Oshodi Oke.” My second wife considered her a friend. Ronke began visiting my home at one time, despite the fact that they met outside of my home. So I confronted her and warned her not to enter my home ever again.

“Yes, Ronke was MC Oluomo’s partner, and I know what Oluomo is capable of.” When I confronted Ronke, she said that she had come to visit her employer, who happened to be my second wife. I informed her she could no longer come to my place since MC Oluomo and I were not from the same camp.

“My second wife and Ronke knelt and apologized, but I saw Ronke in my house again after five days.” I was enraged, accusing her of attempting to carry out a mission in my home. That day, I kicked the two of them out of my house. Ronke surprised me by taking my second wife to MC Oluomo, whom I had sent packing.”

Adeshina said that his wife slept in MC’s hotel for nearly a month before he bought her a home.

“Some worried close buddies at MC’s hotel in Oshodi called to say they saw my second wife there.” They inquired as to whether MC and I had settled our disputes, but I said that we had not. They informed me that MC had requested that they accommodate my second wife at his hotel. She stayed at his hotel for one month and seven days.”

“Yes, Queen B, my second wife.” He bought her a house after she stayed in his hotel for a month and seven days. This is a well-known story among unionists throughout the state.”

Remember that MC Oluomo was fired as the Lagos branch head by the NURTW’s national body.

The union stated that the decision was made in accordance with the union’s constitution
